Every watch is considered individually, with the recommended work and associated costs discussed before anything is carried out.

Submit your enquiry
Tell us about your watch and whether you're interested in servicing, polishing or both.

Send or bring us your watch
Your watch will need to be received by our team before it can be properly assessed. It can be securely posted to us or hand delivered by prior arrangement.

Assessment
Once received, the watch is inspected so we can establish its condition and determine the work required.

Recommendation & quote
We'll explain the recommended work and provide the applicable quotation before any work begins.

Work carried out
Once approved, the agreed servicing, repairs or refinishing work can be completed.
06
Return or collection
Once the work is complete, we'll arrange secure return delivery or collection by prior arrangement.
