We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items purchased in person. For eligible online or distance purchases, statutory cancellation rights apply. Bespoke and custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. We may offer to buy your watch back; however, the buy-back price will be assessed separately and will differ from the price originally paid. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Production times vary depending on the design, materials and complexity of the piece. An estimated timeframe will be provided before production begins.

Yes, a purchase receipt is provided with every order.

Yes, engraving and personalisation services are available.

Yes, a certificate of authenticity is provided where applicable.

Yes, we generally require a deposit of 10% of the purchase price to reserve an item. Certain items may require a different deposit amount, which will always be clearly communicated beforehand.

Yes. Every order is dispatched using fully insured express delivery, and a tracking link will be sent to you so you can monitor its journey.

Some vintage and pre-owned watches may no longer have their original paperwork. Where original papers are not included, the watch will still be carefully authenticated, and the individual listing will clearly state what accompanies the timepiece.

We operate from Canary Wharf. In-person collections and viewings are available strictly by appointment. Collection can be arranged once cleared payment has been received or the agreed deposit has been placed.

There are no hidden fees added by High Toned Watches. Any applicable delivery charges, import duties or taxes will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Once your bank transfer has cleared and been verified, which typically takes one to two business days, your timepiece will be securely packed and dispatched using a fully insured courier. UK deliveries will usually arrive on the next business day following dispatch.

Not necessarily. The accompanying accessories vary between watches. Each individual listing will clearly state whether the timepiece includes its original box, papers or both.

Yes, every listed timepiece forms part of our physical stock and is available for dispatch. As our inventory moves quickly across multiple platforms, there may occasionally be a brief delay in website updates. If a watch has recently sold, our team will notify you immediately.

No. Our high-value insurance arrangements are linked to selected, fully vetted express couriers, allowing us to provide maximum security throughout transit.

No. For security and insurance purposes, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or mail-forwarding services. All orders must be delivered to a verifiable residential or business address.

  • Like New/Unworn: A flawless or virtually flawless watch that shows no meaningful signs of wear.
  • Very Good: A carefully maintained watch showing only minor hairline marks from gentle use.
  • Good: A fully functional timepiece showing normal signs of regular wear.

Yes. We can reserve a watch upon receipt of the agreed deposit. Once the deposit has been received, the timepiece will be held exclusively for you while you arrange payment of the remaining balance.

We currently accept payment by bank transfer for all luxury purchases. Full payment instructions will be provided securely during the purchasing process.

If you experience an issue with an item purchased from High Toned Watches, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review the issue and advise you on the appropriate next steps. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
